Our vision is to become a significant supplier of well-trained, evangelical Christian pilots oriented toward mission aviation ministry.

The values that guide everything we do are:
- Belief in God, the Bible, the necessity of a personal relationship with Jesus and walking in the Spirit, and our responsibility to help fulfill the Great Commission.
- Our calling to multiply the effectiveness of the Church by overcoming barriers to transportation through use of Aircraft where necessary or practical.
- Developing and empowering our students for mission aviation service through training and equipping in aviation-related skills, and helping them deepen their relationship with Jesus through discipleship in the Holy Bible.
- Our relationships with sending churches, partners, networking friends, industry, other mission organizations and training agencies, and our community.
- Quality through relevancy, excellence, integrity, and accountability.
